Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), a major aviation hub, continuously seeks ways to enhance passenger services. PPG, having successfully revamped 26 services at BLR, possessed a tried-and-tested solution ideal for HKG’s environment.

  • Impressed by PPG’s BLR achievements, HKIA-AA floated an RFP. PPG emerged victorious, securing the tender for 17 services under the ALLWAYS brand.

  • Riding on the momentum from BLR, PPG introduced the first phase of its innovative technology solution, oneTECO, at HKG. This system was not just a replica but included further enhancements suitable for the Hong Kong market.

  • Having operated at HKG for over a year and a half, PPG refined oneTECO based on operational expectations, demands, and specific requirements from both B2C and B2B customers.

Outcome:

The expansion into HKG marked a significant milestone for PPG. Not only did they replicate the success from BLR, but they also demonstrated the adaptability of their solution, tailoring it to the nuances of a different market. Continuous iterations ensured that oneTECO met and exceeded the evolving needs of HKG.
