Lounge Management System
LMS is a lounge operation and admission platform running on the AWS Cloud environment to support passengers and guests check-in to both PPG and partner lounges.
It also provides various lounge operation management functions such as services/food ordering, payment, occupancy management, and reporting.
The platform is PCI-DSS certified application and is able to handle credit card, boarding pass, corporate card, and vouchers for guest check-in with an extension of different devices and touchpoints such as Web/Desktop/Mobile and kiosks.
LMS was originally designed by Plaza Premium Group to support its 300+ lounges globally.
